HIGH SPEED PAPER BAG MACHINES
Garant Maschinenhandel GmbH, a part of the Windmöller & Hölscher
Group, was founded in 1973 and has established itself as a leading
supplier of used and reconditioned machinery for the flexible packaging
industry. Since the 1st January 1998, Garant has been responsible for
sales, development, technical and spare parts service for the TRIUMPH®
series of SOS bag making machines and MATADOR® series of flat &
satchel bag making machines, under licence from Windmöller & Hölscher.
TRIUMPH® SERVO SOS BAG MACHINES
The TRIUMPH® 2B is intended for small and medium size
1, 2 or 3 ply bags, at very high speeds of up to 350 bags/min. The SM and
SK in-line handle application systems have also recently been engineered
for these smaller bag sizes. The TRIUMPH® 3MR/S 'The
SOS bag machine with the most variable size range' with a range of
widths between 105 and 320 mm and lengths of 240 to 650 mm. With tool-less
change-over and numerous automatic adjustments the 3MR is a truly Quick
change machine. The TRIUMPH®
5QT combines maximum output and further advances in reducing set up times
with extreme flexibility due to a very large size range for both bags and
carrier bags. Bag widths from 180 to 460 mm, and cut off lengths from 360
to 770 mm can be produced at speeds up to 250 bags/min. Most importantly,
all set up adjustments can be made with the machine running.
MATADOR® SERVO FLAT & SATCHEL BAG MACHINES
The MATADOR® NG produces flat or side gusseted bags
using the perforation principle, which provides a fine tear off line at
the flap edge and uniform cut off lengths at speeds of up to 1200
bags/min. The NG can be supplied with a Flexo tail end printer,
delivery collator, bag packer and options such as window strip system and
photocell control for the processing of pre-printed reels. |
